Resumo : In this work, the problem involving the description of the dielectric function model, which is capable of capturing multi-spectral independent and simultaneous time-harmonic varying excitation stimuli in solid electron gas media, is investigated. Thanks to the collective motion of many-electrons (the "free" electron cloud motion), which is the same electronic behavior that governs the plasma oscillations, an alternative approach that allows a new representative paradigm regarding with N independent and simultaneous light-matter interactions in such material media, is introduced as contribution in this work, with some degrees of freedom regarding the description of the applicable standard dielectric functions. Furthermore, based on the proposed approach, the possibility to obtain a complete set of derived quantities related to the achieved dielectric function models within the framework of the Maxwell equations is demonstrated. The proposed modeling still suggests numerous new application perspectives on a wide range of related topics. The considerations and limitations regarding the proposal modeling are also presented and discussed.
