Resumo : The current academic research aims to characterize and rank the most important attributes for the Business Aviation Product by means of a Multiple-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA). In the Business Aviation market, consumers are strongly inelastic to price and highly elastic to time and individualization of services and quality. This work analyzes the product market-driven attributes, including new and less explored aspects such as environmental and customer support features. The research determines the relative weights and the relative ranking of those attributes utilizing an Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results show that Interior aspects along with Reliability&Dispatchability items play a significant role in the decision-process for the business aviation. However, Perceived Safety&Security is the most important attribute for the business aviation product and it is still the number one concern to be addressed in this aviation market. The research presents its importance in the early product development phase and contributes to better understand the consumer needs, market demands and regulation requirements for the business aviation product.
